Ang pangalan nga girekomendar ni Angtud mao sila si Dr. Ester A. Futalan, Dr. Leah B. Apao ug Dr. Cartesa M. Perico.
Si Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia nihulagway nga “embarrassing” ang pagpadala sa maong sulat.
“It is rather embarrassing for a schools division superintendent— one who has a doctorate and who is presumed to have read very carefully and understood that local government code”, matud ni Garcia.
Gidawat ra usab sa board ang maong sulat ug gi-note kini sa ilang tigom kagahapon apan wala pay gihimo nga aksiyon.
Ang League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) Cebu Chapter una na kining nipasar og resolusyon pag-awhag sa Department of Education nga ipabalhin og laing assignment si Angtud tungod kay wala kauyon ang mga mayor sa performance niini hilabina nga giingong walay koordinasyon si Angtud ngadto sa mga local chief executive sa mga kalihukan sa DepEd ug pagpatuman sa mga proyekto sama sa infrastructure projects.
