Kini tungod kay dili sila ka piyansa sa duha ka kaso sa Theft in relation to Republic Act 10175 o Cyber-Crime Preventions Act.

Si Deputy City Prosecutor Maria Theresa Casiño mirekomendar nga ipasaka ngadto sa korte ang lima  ka kaso sa kalapasan  sa Republic Act 8484 o Access Device Act in relation to RA 10175 o ang Cyber-Crime Prevention Act ug Theft in relation to RA 10175 batok nila ni Ionut Alexandru Mitrache, Ion Costel ug Razvan Aurelian Stancu.

 “There are two non- bailable (offenses) because the theft was in relation to cyber- crime and it carries a higher penalty and the penalty reaches up to reclusion perpetua so it becomes non-bailable,”  matud ni City Prosecutor Licera Rabillas kinsa maoy niaprobar sa rekomendasyon ni Casiño.

Samtang ang ubang kaso adunay piyansa nga girekomendar nga di moubos P64 mil matag usa, apan wala kini magpasabot nga sila makagawas sa prisohan.
