CEBU, Philippines - Gidayeg sa European Union, Amerika ug Britanya ang gobiyerno sa Pilipinas ug sa Moro Islamic Liberation Front nga napirmahan na ang kataposan ug sensitibong annex on Normalization alang sa gipangandoy nga Framework Agreement nga magdala sa Mindanao sa tiunay nga kalinaw.
