Ang national assessment team sa DILG-7 mihimo og review sa mga dokumento apil na ang pag interview ug onsite validation aron pag 'reaffirm' sa resulta sa unang gihimong pakisusi sa regional assessment team kon diin ang Daanbantayan nakaabot sa pasado nga percentage gikan sa gilatid nga parameters sa good governance sa DILG.
Si Mayor Sun Shimura nagkanayon nga usa ka blessing nga mahimong finalist sa SGLG sa tuig 2023.
"although as public servants it's their mandate to serve the people and uphold good governance, being recognized by DILG for all the efforts is such a great privilege and a blessing for Daanbantayan" sumala sa LGU Daanbantayan.

Ang Seal of Good Local Governance usa ka progressive assessment system sa DILG nga naghatag og pasidungog ug pag-ila sa maayong performance sa mga LGUs.
Adunay ten governance areas sa SGLG apil niini ang financial administration and sustainability; disaster preparedness; social protection and sensitivity; health compliance and responsiveness; sustainable education; business-friendliness and competitiveness; safety, peace and order; environmental management; tourism, heritage development, culture and arts; ug youth development.
