“In a resolution promulgated June 30, 2023, the CA has granted the Province of Cebu its prayer for a temporary restraining order against the Bureau of Animal Industry represented by its director Dr. Paul Limson from implementing its culling and zoning map policy relating to the containment of the African Swine Fever in the Province of Cebu,” pagbasa ni Garcia sa resolution sa CA.
