Allowances sa mga hepe sa Carcar gipadak-an
CEBU, Philippines — Gipatas-an sa lokal nga kagamahanan sa Dakbayan sa Carcar ang honorarium mga huwesg ug mga hepe sa nagkadaiyang buhatan ug ahensya sa gobiyerno nga nadestino sa maong dakbayan.
Sa resolusyon nga gipasar sa Sangguniang Panlungsod sa Carcar, gikan sa P3 mil nga honorarium gikan sa dakbayan ang mga pangulo sa national agencies nga nadestino didto himuong P5 mil.
“The Local Government Code allows local government units to grant honoraria of official/heads of National Agencies/ offices stationed in their respective localities in the amount of not more than five thousand pesos (P5, 000.00) subject to availability of funds,” pagbasa sa resolusyon nga giaprubahan niadtong Pebrero 14. Apil sa mahatagan og honorarium mao sila si Judge Grace Ypil ang Presiding Judge sa MTCC –Carcar; ATty. Anabelle Robles ang city prosecutor ug ang mga assistant proesuctor nga sila si Olive Hebron, Mildred Antepuesto ug Ryan Sojor.
Apil usab sila si Atty. Debbie Samonte ang resident PAO lawyer sa MTCC-Carcar; Johan Pino ang city local government operations officer sa dakbayan; P/Supt. Clarissa Gabutan ang hepe sa Carcar City Police Station; Jail Chief Inspector Dennis Aliño ang jail warden sa Carcar City Jail; Fire Inspector Matt Reil Pono ang acting fire marshall sa dakbayan; Florita Vito ang hepe sa Parole and Probation Office; Liza Toroy ang Agrarian Reform Officer; Senen Paulin, Superintendent sa Carcar city Division, Dep-Ed; ug Atty. Chauncey Boholst ang election officer sa dakbayan.
Samtang laing resolusyon usab ang gipasar nga naghatag og tag usa ka libo ka pesos nga binuwan nga allowance ang tanang police personnel sa dakbayan.
Ang paghatag sa allowance mag-agad sa guidelines nga kinahanglang matuman.
“That the allowance maybe grandted subject to guidelines on performance of individual police personnel who is not receiving other emolument/honorarium from the city government,” pagbasa sa resolution nga giaprobahan en masse motion. (/IBM)(BANATNEWS)
