“There is a need to clarify the truth about the signature of Mr. Harvey V. Inoc in a paid advertisement that questioned what Atty.

“We are issuing this statement because on February 16, 2013, on the 15th anniversary celebration of the Cebu City Federation of Parents-Teachers Association, Inc. at the Cebu Mariners Court, Atty. Batuhan personally received a Plaque of Recognition in behalf of Bag-ong Sugbo Foundation that he formed on September 21, 1991,” matud pa ni Cabahug. Ang certificate nga gihatag sa CCFPTA ngadto sa Bag-ong Sugbo Foundation nagkanayon nga “special recognition, heartiest congratulation, and commendations… for continuously supporting the Cebu City Federation of PTA, Inc. in improving the physical aspects of the school and in our quest for quality basic education.” Ang maong certificate gipirmahan ni Inoc ug  Dr. Rhea Mar A. Angtud, Cebu City Division schools division superintendent.
