Negosyante mireklamong biktima sa 'text blast'

CEBU, Philippines - Usa ka Filipino-Chinese nga Sugbuanong negosyante og papel ang mireklamong nabiktima siya “high tech” nga text blasts nga gipasiugdahan sa wala mailhing mga tawo nga ang tuyo mao ang dauton ang iyang pangalan.

Si Henry Sia, kinsa nanag-iya sa Modern School and Office Supply sa dalan Manalili, dakbayan sa Sugbo mihimakak sa maong pasangil ug mitiyabaw nga giguba sa maong mga tawo ang iyang reputasyon.

Matud ni Sia nga sobra sa 100 texts messages ang mikatap sukad pa niadtong Mayo 15, 2012. “Biggest Tax Cheater in Cebu. Sales volume of P1.5 billion a year. Never issue invoices. Paying tax only a few thousand….” matud pa sa usa sa daghang mga texts.

“I am paying my taxes religiously. The amount is quite exaggerated. That is not true. My business was already affected because of this text messages,” pagklaro pa ni Sia.

Si Sia uban sa iyang abogado nga si Atty. Vicente Fernandez II mipasangil nga dunay usa ka texter nga migamit og 40 ka cellphone numbers nagbanosbanos og pangilkil kaniya.

“If you want all this malevolent texts to stop then you must sacrifice some funds to facilitate the end of all further embarrassment it may cause you. You know the drill. Just pay your way out of it. Some people will touch base with you soon. Di kami basta-basta na organisasyon-meron kaming impluwensiya at kapangyarihan,” matud pa sa text nga nadawat ni Sia.

Ang reklamante midangop sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group ug sa Globe Telecom ang maong problema aron kini maimbestigahan. (BANAT NEWS)
