Duha ka kolektor sa Cebu CH gisuspenso ni Tomas

Gipahamtangan karon og duha ka buwan nga pagka-suspenso ang duha ka mga empleyado sa Cebu City Hall  human gireklamong wala mang-remit sa nakolekta nilang business tax sa usa ka magbubuhis.

Ang duha ka mga kawani mao sila si Hector Sanchez, Metro Aide ug Rodrigo Manapat, Utility II nga gidistino isip tax collector ug pulos regular employees sa city hall.

Si Mayor Tomas Osmeña mao mismo ang nipahamtang og 60 ka adlaw nga preventive suspension sa duha ka kawani samtang padayon pang imbestigahan ang reklamo batok nila ug pagtino sa ilang administrative liabilities.

Nahukman sa mayor ang pagsuspenso nila ni Sanchez ug Manapat human usab mosumitir sa iyang report ang in-house investigator sa city hall nga si Orlando Secretario.

“This office is of a firm belief that there is a need for further administrative investigations to determine your administrative liabilities by reason of your dishonest actuations,” pulong pa sa mayor ngadto kanila.

“This office needs to protect the integrity of the records, witnesses and other evidences relevant to any administrative investigations to be conducted by this office, Employee-Management Committee on Investigation (EMCOI), ug sa ubang disciplining authority, ” dugang pa ni Osmeña.

Ang pagsuspenso ni Osmeña sa duha ka empleyado gibase niya sa Section 85 sa Akta Republika 7160 kon ang Local Government Code of 1991.

Nasayran nga sila si Sanchez ug Manapat niadto pang Biyernes nakadawat sa kamanduan sa mayor, ug wala na moreport sa city hall sugod kagahapong adlawa.
