P100M droga sinira ng PDEA

MANILA, Philippines – Aabot sa halos P100 milyong halaga ng ilegal na droga ang sinira ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency ngayong Huwebes sa Malabon City.

Isinagawa ang pagsira sa 722.4 kilo ng iba’t ibang droga tulad ng shabu, cocaine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, marijuana, ecstasy, valium, expired na gamot at 4.3 litro ng liquid dangerous drugs sa Clean Leaf International Corporation sa 397 M. H. Del Pilar St., Barangay Maysilo, Malabon City.

“Based on the record and consolidated report of the PDEA Laboratory Service, these considerable volume of dangerous drugs and expired medicines were properly turned over and endorsed with corresponding documentation to PDEA by other law enforcement agencies," sabi ni PDEA director general Arturo Cacdac  Jr.

Sinaksihan ng mga opisyal ng PDEA, mga kinatawan ng Department of Justice, Dangerous Drugs Board, Pubic Attorney’s Office, non-government organizations at media ang pagsisira sa mga gamot.

Tinunaw ng PDEA ang mga ilegal na gamot na mga nakumpiska sa kanilang mga operasyon upang hindi na kumalat at magamit pa.
