VATICAN CIY — Dubbed one of the greatest Roman Pontiffs in the Church's 2,000 years of history, Blessed John Paul III will be canonized by his successor Pope Francis at Vatican City.
To be named "saint" with him on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. is another revered pope Blessed John XXIII, who launched the Second Vatican Council, and has been called "Il Papa buono" or the "Good Pope."
