MANILA, Philippines - On the fourth day of filing for certificates of candidacy (COC) in 2016, supporters of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte make a final call to urge their bet to run for presidency. Duterte has repeatedly said no and instead filed a COC for reelection in local government.
