WASTED? A beautiful one-story building in Barangay Mambaling is now sitting empty and unused. It was supposed to be opened as an online betting station for cockfights, but that didn’t push through after online betting became illegal.
The caretaker said the owner had another plan for it, but these were also derailed by the high prices of almost everything.
