E-trikes caveat

Not just a tool. Electronic trikes are now becoming the choice of transportation of many People With Disabilities. The benefits are obvious, they gain mobility, they no longer have a hard time getting into PUJs and taxis, and they can ride in comfort.

While PWDs may only view it as merely a tool for getting around, the source said it is technically considered a motor vehicle because of the engine.
