Food names

FOOD NAMES. A reader wants to know why some restaurants give their foods names that delay the hungry customer's choice in picking the good he needs immediately to fill up.

EXAMPLE. Take these queer food names for example, the reader said: "Farmer's Daughter's Secret" (a sausage with heavy gravy): "Super Sizzlin Lenora's Legs" (a chicken barbecue): "Nanny's Crisp Breast" (chicken skin chicharon). In the US there was a restaurant whose special food for dinner was listed in the menu as "Moons Over My Hammy." Even the waiter could not explain the moons and the hammy.
