ATTRACTION. Three young men (said to be college freshmen) attracted some attention at the Colon night market. They were wearing kilts, the knee-length Scottish costume, looking like the woman’s mini-skirt. Some shoppers took selfie shots at the boys.
FOR FUN. The boys were laughing as they stopped for snacks. They told an Ear informer they wanted to have some fun and they succeeded. The kilts were part of the costume collection of the seaman-father of one of the boys. They had planned to wear the kilts in church during the Misa de Gallo. Their elders prevailed on them to “kill” the idea.
