MANGOES. A public relations executive in Manila has suggested that Cebu mangoes shipped to Metro Manila fruit markets be made to carry small labels or stickers that say "Cebu mango" or "Cebu Product."

"FAKE". The PR man said some fruit vendors in the Metro say their mangoes come from Cebu even if they come from some Luzon provinces. "This is because Cebu mangoes have gained fame for being top quality," he said, adding: "The true quality of Cebu mangoes is ruined by 'fake Cebu' mangoes."
