"Have you noticed some women, hopping inside PUJs to distribute solicitation letters for some cash donations for whatever cause, mostly for the underprivileged children," asked an Ear informer. He said these women in their 40s or 50s station themselves near street lights and then jump inside the jeepney and start asking for coins.
ARE THEY LEGIT? The informer further said, "It's weird because one time, one woman collected from us near a stoplight in Barangay Imus." He said he gave her some coins. But he was surprised that the same woman was caught doing the same thing yesterday at a stoplight near Mango Avenue. "Are they legit?" he wondered.
