REMEDY NOT CURE. “Gi-usab ang drainage sa ubang parte sa downtown pero naa man pud mga lugar nga wala gi-usab, mao nang mobaha gihapon. Mao na'y giingon nga remedy ra ilang gibuhat, dili cure sa problema sa baha,†said the informer.
