Amazing -- others call it mind boggling-- wealth Manny Pacquiao has, but this once cigarette street vendor continues to shed sweat, honest sweat, to earn some more.

Also from the Philippine STAR business section, I gathered that the DOTC expects the completion of the P13.25 billion aviation system by 2015 or before the end of President PNoy's term. This is welcome news, according to those who know what this aviation system is all about.
