OVERHEARD. Some teachers, after reading the news that the Philippines rates high among countries hit by population explosion, said the RH Law might help in reducing the explosion. Commented one teacher: “Sagdi na lang nang population explotion oy, mao may gusto sa uban.” She refused to elaborate.
