Chained, padlocked and barricaded

NOT JUST CHAINED. When suspended Governor Gwen Garcia left her Capitol office last Wednesday, the main door was not only chained and padlocked. It was also barricaded with a piece of wood nailed many times onto the wooden door.

TOO MUCH. One observer said it was too much. “Wa ba kaha madaut sa mga lansang ang nindot ug sinaw nga sira sa pultahan?” the observer asked. “Kadagko ra ba sa mga lansang.”
