The victim was identified as Cuncto Zamora of Sitio Mojon, Barangay Langtad, City of Naga.
Initial investigation revealed a black Suzuki motorcycle without plate number driven by Michael Sayson, 25, with back rider Clarissa Ann Bacon, 27, both residents of Barangay Liboron, Carcar City, was traversing towards San Fernando proper from Naga.
Upon reaching Sitio Lakaran, the victim suddenly crossed the road to be accidentally hit by the moving motorbike, resulting to serious head injuries for Zamora.
All of them were rushed to Minglanilla District Hospital but Zamora was later on transferred to Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center where he was pronounced dead by an attending physician a few moments after.
