The center is owned by one Rey Martinez and the relief goods are supposed to be sent to typhoon victims in Martinez's home province of Leyte.

Lilibeth Balse, the center's caretaker, was awakened at around 12:40 a.m. yesterday and saw two persons taking things from the center.

She has identified the suspects who she said live in the place.

The suspects are at large and charges are being readied against them.
