CEBU, Philippines - Alert neighbors prevented a 20-year-old woman from ending her life in her home in sitio Kaimito, Barangay Labogon, Mandaue City Monday morning.
As soon as neighbors Angelo Noynay and Seigred Fernandez saw the woman’s body dangling from the ceiling, they quickly brought her down and rushed her to the Don Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.
PO1 Christopher Bongo said prior to the incident, the woman and her 62-year-old boyfriend had quarreled because the woman allegedly got jealous. (FREEMAN)
