CEBU, Philippines - The Lapu-Lapu City government plans to form a cooperative for pyrotechnics manufacturers in barangay Babag.
This idea came from the Philippine National Police, which said it would be easier for the police to monitor pyrotechnics makers through cooperatives.
Mayor Paz Radaza said a cooperative will benefit law enforcers and firecracker makers alike. (FREEMAN)
