CEBU, Philippines - The Bureau of Fire Protection in Talisay City is making the rounds sniffing for substandard lights.
Establishments found selling substandard lights or “unlicensed” fireworks face revocation of their business permits.
Fire marshal Antonio Ortiz said the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is religiously inspecting Christmas products to ensure that all products are safe to use and have passed standards set by the department. (FREEMAN)
