CEBU, Philippines - A man who works at public school as a tinsmith was arrested for stabbing his brother-in-law Tuesday evening in sitio Panaghiusa, barangay T. Padilla after having a drink.
Allan Ramirez, 42, was arrested for stabbing Ronaldo Mancao, 50.
The police have filed a frustrated homicide case against him.
Ramirez is being detained at the police station 1 at barangay Pari-an, Cebu City.
Mancao, on the other hand, was taken to the Cebu City Medical Center for a stab wound on the right arm.
Police said Mancao and Ramirez had been at odds with each other for some work-related reasons. Bulan, Franz Josef D.
