CEBU, Philippines — Lucy Lancita and Roland Bantilan topped their respective divisions to claim Bowlers of the Month titles for June in the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (CETBA) Friday Group’s Monthly Bowling Tournament the other day at SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
Lancita downed 985 pins in the five-game series to dominate the women’s division
Johna Calipay with 947 pinfalls claimed the second place followed Lyn Oka with 946 pinfalls in third place.
Ester Francisco (933) and Emy Osada (929) occupied the fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Bantilan, for his part, ruled the men’s side with a total of 1,023 pinfalls.
Marvin Sevilla collected 998 pinfalls to earn the second place honor while Fred Torrequemada finished third with his 986.
Rounding up the top five were Joseph Yu (985) and Noli Valencia (980). (FREEMAN)
