CEBU, Philippines - A man who visited his brothers at a police station last Monday evening was arrested after a rolled marijuana was found in his possession.
PO3 Aaron Pescadero, duty desk officer, said they found the rolled marijuana from Alfred Vidal, 20, when he was frisked when he visited his two brothers detained at Police Station 3 in Barangay San Roque.
Pescadero said it is standard operating procedure that visitors of detainees be frisked.
Vidal's brothers, Albert, 21, and Argel, 18, were arrested for alarm and scandal/direct assault last Sunday evening in front of Plaza Independencia in downtown Cebu City.
Arrested together with the two was a certain Rosvir Rubias Antanoy, 27, also a native of Negros Oriental.
The three were arrested when they allegedly tried to scare customers at a store by hitting the tables and throwing the chairs.
The three also allegedly resisted arrest and even engaged in a fistfight with the responding policemen.
All four are now detained at Police Station 3 and are awaiting the filing of charges against them. (FREEMAN)
