There are four members of the opposition in the board. They are reelected Board Members Julian Daan of the first district, Alex Binghay of the third district, Sun Shimura and Joven Mondigo Jr. of the fourth district.

Majority of the incoming members of the board are allies of governor-elect Hilario Davide III and Magpale.
