CEBU, Philippines - The Bicol Association of Cebu, Inc. will observe the Feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, Patrones of Bicolandia. Novena masses at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Capitol) Church started yesterday, Friday, September 19 until September 27, next Saturday. On the ninth day, the mass will be preceded by a solemn procession at 4 p.m. Bicolano priests will officiate during the novena mass. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Roberto F. Alesna will be the main celebrant on fiesta day, September 28. All masses will be at 6:15 p.m. on weekdays and at 5:30 p.m. on weekends. All Bicolanos residing in Cebu and other Marian devotees are invited to attend these activities.
