CEBU, Philippines — Sensing the rising demand for home appliances post-pandemic, including kitchen tools, Japanese brand Toshiba has strengthened its presence in the Cebu market by introducing its advanced series of gas ranges.
“Since the global pandemic, consumers have focused on home improvements, making this a great opportunity for introducing advanced kitchen appliances like the Toshiba gas range,” said Yven Gerard R. Almalel, brand manager for Conception Midea Inc., which acquired the home appliances business of Toshiba in 2016.
Toshiba has recently unveiled two new series of gas ranges at an exclusive event hosted by Robinsons Appliances in Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The launch featured the Toshiba Lava Series Gas Range, including the 60cm and the 90cm model, designed to offer a variety of flame settings to meet diverse cooking needs.
The event marked the beginning of a partnership aimed at revolutionizing the kitchen experience for Filipino households.
“The new gas range series offers better efficiency compared to previous Toshiba models. The warranty covers 2 years for parts and services, plus 3 years for the burner,” Almalel added.
Almalel noted that the 90cm gas range, a rarity in the market, is perfect for large gatherings, reflecting the Filipino love for cooking.
The new models promise better designs and improved functionality over their predecessors. Service centers are readily available to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
