CEBU, Philippines — Filinvest Land Inc., (FLI) has reaffirmed its commitment to environmental stewardship through tree planting meant to help reforest the crucial Buhisan Watershed Forest Reserve in Barangay Buhisan, Cebu City.
As part of the firm’s environmental stewardship, it joined forces with Grand Cenia Residences, FLI’s 25-storey prime hotel and residential development in Cebu City. The activity saw enthusiastic participation from employee volunteers.
Tree planning not only helps in reforesting areas that my have suffered deforestation or degradation but also contributes to biodiversity, soil conservation, and water quality improvement.
