CEBU, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affair (DFA) has served many people in Cebu since it launched last February 4 at SM Seaside City, Upper Ground Floor of Seaside Tower.
The mega vans have served over 30,000 applicants on its previous services; guided by its aim to serve more people, more slots are open servicing individual or group appointment through online booking at www.passport.gov.ph/appointment. However, DFA strictly does not accept walk-in applicants.
Two POWs were set up at SM Seaside City aiming to cater 1,200 applicants per day; people are encouraged to check out DFA’s website as more appointment slots are open starting April to May 21, from Monday to Saturday at 9AM to 5PM.
The extension of POW appointment slots augments the operations made at the Mandaue Consular’s Office, aiming to lighten the long queues during the process.
