CEBU, Philippines - Grand Land Inc., the residential property development arm of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, initially planned to top off only one tower of the Grand Residences project this year but the upbeat sales turnout pushed them ahead of schedule.
GLI President Ryan Bernard Go said that the optimistic development for the company to top off the first two towers in 10 months is primarily attributed to the strategic location of the project.
He said that due to a positive sales turnout of the two towers, they had to do it all at once at an earlier time. The ceremonial topping off of the first two towers of the Grand Residences was conducted last October 9 ahead of the projected schedule.

Grand Residences that sits in a 3.2-hectare property at Barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City is literally a few-minute walk from major business and lifestyle destinations.
