Primary Homes opens Mabolo Garden Flats showroom in SM

CEBU, Philippines -  Along with the opening of its new eco-designed showroom, a leading home-grown real estate developer formally introduced its newest project development that boasts of its up-to-date technology features and ecological amenities which are all geared towards the growing community of young professionals in Cebu.

Last Friday, officials of Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) officially launched the Mabolo Garden Flats showroom located at the second level of SM City Cebu.

Mabolo Garden Flats is a 300-million real estate development and the sixth condominium project of the 20-year old PHI.

It is a vertical community with a towering 23-floor structure that holds 340 modularly-designed studio and loft units. Units range from 22 to 47 square meters and are priced from P1.7 to P2 million.

It had its groundbreaking ceremonies last March 2013 and is expected to be completed by 2014.

Its pre-selling period started last December with 40 percent of its total units already sold to date.

It sits on a 2,500-square meter lot situated at Tres Borces Street, Mabolo, Cebu City.

Ramero Espina, PHI vice president for sales and marketing, said that the project’s strategic location makes the investment attractive and worthy to its target market who are mostly business process outsourcing professionals working in Cebu Business Park, Cebu IT Park and Mandaue City.

He cited that about young working professionals contribute about 20 to 25 percent of the total market share of the company.

“And that market is currently growing,” he continued, adding that young overseas Filipino workers are also considered as prospective buyers.

He said that the upward trend of the yuppie community as potential investors could be attributed to the increased spending capacity of these high-earning employees from the BPO and OFW sectors who could afford to buy a condo unit for themselves.

Espina further noted that the newest development of PHI is specifically designed to cater to the present needs of the younger generation which includes fast internet connectivity and healthy lifestyle.

He said that PHI has seen the growing necessity of tech-savvy market for high-speed internet connection, thus collaborating with the country’s largest telecommunications company, the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company.  (FREEMAN)
