MANILA, Philippines — Myla Pablo has returned to the Petro Gazz Angels.
The homecoming of the two-time MVP was announced by the team through its social media accounts yesterday.
“Home is where the heart is. Bagyong Pablo is coming back to the place of some of her best moments as a volleyball player! Welcome back, Myla Pablo,” it said.
Pablo’s arrival was a welcome respite for a franchise that has lost another MVP in Grethcel Soltones, who moved over to the Akari Chargers just recently.
The recent development was part of the exodus following F2 Logistics’ disbandment.
Petro Gazz also recently acquired Joy Dacoron and Mich Morente to beef up its roster.
In the Angels, Pablo will rejoin a team that includes Djanel Cheng, Rem Palma and Jonah Sabete.
