MANILA, Philippines – With a day to spare, International Premiere Tennis League athletes gathered and shared laughter and food before taking on each other on the tennis courts.

Joining the netters were US Ambassador Philip Goldberg, and celebrities Tweety de Leon, Dr. Vicky Belo.
The people who made it possible to put up a stellar Mavericks cast -- team owner and manager Jean Henri Lhuillier, co-owners Haresh Hiranand and PhilStar.com president and CEO Kevin Belmonte -- were also in attendance.
