MANILA, Philippines - Prizes totalling over P8 million including a Mercedes-Benz C-Class and a Mercedes-Benz A-Class are up for grabs in the 19th Founders Cup Invitational golf tournament starting tomorrow until Sunday at the Orchard Golf and Country Club in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
The Benzes serve as the hole-in-one prizes at the Palmer and Player courses of the Orchard which will host 400 member-guest teams or 800 participants over four days of competition.
Formats are individual aggregate at the Palmer course and Best Ball at the Player layout under the 36-hole Stableford format which has BDO-Visa, CATS Motors, Mizuno, Glenmorangie, Petron, Philippine Airlines, Sta. Lucia Land as major sponsors.
The organizing committee has set aside over P2 million worth of raffle prizes for the cocktails and awards night for all the participants. Grand prizes are two round-trip business class tickets to the west coast from Philippine Airlines and two round-trip tickets to the west coast from Asiana Airlines.
Another package of exciting prizes totalling P5 million are to be given away in the grand raffle draw including a Mercedes-Benz A-Class and Mercedes-Benz B-Class.
