MANILA, Philippines - The Ateneo de Zamboanga Metro Manila Alumni Association (ADZUMMAA) golf tournament will be held on March 20 with a big field expected to see action at the Valley Golf and Country Club’s North course in Antipolo City.
Tournament director and ADZUMMAA board member Jimmy Panganiban said the tournament is open to all members, friends, guests, and sponsors of ADZUMMAA, an association of Ateneo de Zamboanga University alumni residing in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Titles to be disputed are the overall net, lowest gross, Classes A, B and C plus the ladies division while fun holes include the nearest to the pin and most accurate drive.
Major and minor raffles prizes such as drivers, rescue clubs and putters will be given away, according to Panganiban.

Headed by president Paulino Pe, ADZUMMAA is known for its successful implementation of its 20-year old Ateneo de Zamboanga Faculty Development Program wherein teachers at the said institution are given advance studies scholarships to improve the quality of its education.
The ADZUMMAA also regularly holds social and sports activities in order to promote camaraderie and friendship among Zambonga City natives who are now based in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
