Ito Ynares’ Binangonan.
JM Binangonan of Nad Mendoza and Tiffany Jan. 31 of Teves scored 1.5 points apiece to stay in the title hunt in the event long considered as the Olympics of cockfighting.
Meanwhile, the elims will end on Jan. 17 with the finals set Jan. 20.
The event, sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor, also drew the participation of top American breeders Dan Grey, Oscar Akins, Roger Robert, Tom Wilson and Larry Whitehead.
