Gemma Miranda shot 20 points and hauled down 17 rebounds while Afril Bernardino added 17 markers and eight boards as the Lady Bulldogs led from start to finish to stretch their win run to seven games.
Camille Claro fired 11 points to lead the Lady Archers, who dropped to 6-1.
It was the first meeting by both teams since La Salle beat NU in Game 3 of the championship series last season.
Lore Rivera scored 14 points and grabbed 20 boards while Maica Cortes added 13 points as University of Santo Tomas tripped Adamson University, 59-47, for third spot with a 4-3 record.
In other games, Ateneo beat University of the East, 50-35, while Far Eastern University downed University of the Philippines, 65-61.
The Lady Eagles, Lady Tamaraws and the Lady Falcons are tied in fourth with 3-4 records, the Lady Warriors are in seventh place with a 2-5 slate while the Lady Maroons remain winless in seven starts.
