MANILA, Philippines - The Taligaman Warriors of 2013 World Slasher Cup-1 co-champion Vergil Ali Intino of Butuan City dominated the initial phase of action in ongoing World Slasher Cup 8-Cock Invitational Derby at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Intino’s entries Taligaman Warbird/Powermax and Taligaman Warbird/LDI won all their four matches to show the way in Day 1 of the most prestigious cockfighting event in the world.
Sharing the limelight was reigning World Slasher Cup-2 champion Dicky Lim with his famed El Nido Lemons, who inched closer to an unprecedented fourth title with two much-applauded victories.
Charlie “Atong†Ang had two wins while Teng Ranola went 4-0 with his entries TR Oragon and BM Skyar JPTR with Mayor Jesry Palmares and Boy Martinez.
