MANILA, Philippines - Philippine College of Criminology downed AMA Computer University, 85-74, to stretch its win run to seven even as Diliman Computer Technology Institute upset Colegio de San Lorenzo, 64-58, in the sixth Universities and Colleges of Luzon Athletic Association (UCLAA) basketball tournament at the San Andres gym in Malate, Manila.
DCTI surprised San Lorenzo in a closely-fought match to improve to 3-1 while defending champion St. Francis College outclassed PNTC Colleges, 104-79, for a 4-2 slate.
Four players scored in double figures for the Doves, who dropped a heartbreaking 73-75 decision to PATTS early this week.
PNTC dropped to 1-6.
In the lone junior division match, AMA nipped erstwhile unbeaten PCCr, 79-76, for its third win in four tries.
