Leo Tamayo scored 25 points, including a driving layup in the last 3:48 to break a 76-all count and help power the Stallions to their first win in two games.
MLQU also toughened up on defense and forced three turnovers, leading to fastbreak plays by Alvin Escalona and John Paul Baliday as Stallions pulled away at 84-77 advantage with 2:51 left in the contest.
