‘Battle of Kings’ drag race to unwrap in Cebu

MANILA, Philippines - The National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA) stages a free drag racing in Cebu this Sunday with a big field expected to see action at South Road Properties in Sugbu.

Dubbed the “Battle of the Kings,” the Raider Breed Wars is sponsored by Suzuki Philippines and sanctioned by NAMSSA, which provides the proper and legal venue to all participating riders and drag racing enthusiasts.

Suzuki motorcycle owners are eligible to join the event, which features three categories – Underbone 115, Scooter 130 and Raider 150. Listup is ongoing. Simply submit the registration form, photocopy of driver’s license, and OR/CR before 8 a.m. during the race day.

Winners will be automatically qualified to an all-expense paid trip for the 2013 Suzuki RBW national finals set in December in Manila offering a top purse of P50,000.

Now on its fourth year, the RBW underlines Suzuki Philippines’ commitment to bring excitement to its customers without compromising riders and spectators’ safety. The event is co-presented by Phoenix Cyclomax Motorcycle Oils and sponsored by Talk ‘N Text and Denso Sparkplugs.

Meanwhile, the next two legs of the Suzuki Raider Breed Wars will be held on Sept. 8 in Tarlac City and on Sept. 29 in Iloilo.
