Empire Boxing Gym not just a boxing arena

MANILA, Philippines - Empire Boxing Gym, fast becoming popular among fitness buffs and amateur boxing and martial arts athletes, is launching its biggest, more complete and most sophisticated franchise yet – the Empire Boxing Arena – on Aug. 6.

Located at the Penthouse of the Sir William’s Hotel along Timog Ave., Empire Boxing Arena boasts of the latest top quality equipment and highly trained professional fitness instructors and staff that made both Empire Boxing Gym-Makati and Empire Boxing Gym-Shaw Boulevard big successes in just a short time because of their more precise fitness programs and personalized training.

The amenities and added facilities make the  arena  a one-stop fitness haven with a pool, snack bar, a ring, octagon cage, free valet parking, a mini gym and a specialized life fitness cardio station.

The arena also offers mixed martial arts classes under head trainer Rene  Catalan, a decorated certified coach whose expertise includes wushu, muay thai, boxing, and mixed martial arts.

Catalan is a three-time world wushu champion and former Canada national wushu head coach who was a major awardee and athlete of the year of the Philippine Sportswriters Association. 

Those interested can either enrol in group classes or a more personal individual sessions.
