MANILA, Philippines - National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) president Prospero “Butch†Pichay Jr. will lead the opening of the final leg of the 2013 National Age Group today at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
Pichay will join Pangasinan Gov.Amado Espino Jr., Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Calimlim Jr. and sports director Modesto Operana during the colorful opening ceremony.
