MANILA, Philippines - Sudanese striker Izzeldin El Habib struck for two goals as reigning League champion Global FC blanked Pachanga Diliman FC, 4-0, to wrest the solo lead in the First Division of the United Football League at the McKinley Hill grounds in Taguig City Tuesday night.
El Habib opened up the scoring for the Global booters on the 47th minute then added another one on the 70th after Azkals standout Jeffrey Christiaens made it 2-0 on the 62nd.
Ange Marius Tressor Guisso accounted for the team’s last goal to cap Global FC’s domination of Pachanga Diliman for the team’s fifth straight victory.
